Tyler Austin
University of Southern California
From the first time I watched “Seinfeld” with my dad when I was 6 years old I knew I loved comedy. Then eventually more and more films, shows, and stand up specials were added to my growing library of influences like “Stripes”, “The Office”, and “Louis Ck: Chewed Up”. By age 12 I knew wanted to do more than just watch but to create and write about these things I loved. That’s why I decided to go to USC for film and my interest in politics led to the Political Science major. Since being in LA I have been trying my hand as a comedian having shows in The World Famous Comedy Store and other great little venues around town. My other interests include being a die hard New York Yankees fan and being in a constant state of listening to podcasts.
